As part of our commitment to expanding our team, we are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager with a thirst for learning and a passion for digital marketing.

Job Summary:

As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will play an integral role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our Amazon advertising campaigns. This is an entry-level position, and while no previous experience is required, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and management of Amazon advertising campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Campaign Manager.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad content.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, gather data, and provide reports to management.
- Work on bid management and budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend.
- Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Participate in the development and execution of strategies to improve campaign performance.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A strong desire to learn and advance in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Amazon Marketplace or E-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
