The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining the financial records of the company by performing various accounting tasks. This role involves processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial data. The Junior Accountant will work closely with senior accountants and other members of the finance team to support the day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements

Record daily financial transactions: Including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closings: Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal and external use.
- Maintain accurate financial records: Ensure that financial information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist with audits: Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Invoice management:



Ensure timely issuance and collection of customer invoices.
- Reconcile accounts: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
- Data entry: Input and manage financial data in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, etc.).
- Support tax filings: Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filing as required.
- Other duties as assigned: Take on additional tasks as to support the finance department.
