We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding our affiliate marketing program and reaching out to potential partners across various channels. Responsibilities:

● Affiliate Program Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates, monitoring performance, and ensuring program compliance. ● Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies to maximize conversions, revenue, and ROI. ● Reporting: Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Compliance: Ensure that all affiliate activities adhere to legal and industry standards and regulations.

Requirements





● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
