Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Structural, and MEP Engineers.
- Develop and oversee concept, schematic, and detailed designs, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Integrate structural, MEP, HVAC, and fire systems within architectural designs.
- Manage sub-consultants, project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely, profitable delivery.
- Maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships; conduct meetings to align on requirements.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to design and site teams.
- Ensure quality control, timely approvals, and compliance with authority regulations.
- Support site teams with design clarifications and technical input when needed.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; familiar with BIM tools.




- Strong knowledge of Green Building regulations and approval coordination.
- Experience in all project phases with detailed MEP and structural design coordination.
- Familiar with Dubai Municipality, RTA, JAFZA, TECOM, TRAKHEES, DEWA, and Civil Defense processes.

Requirements to Apply

- Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design and project management, preferably within the

UAE or GCC region.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary design teams and complex structural projects.
