We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, and manage a high-performing team. The role involves overseeing sales, expanding the Independent Financial Distributor (IFD) network, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch as a profit center and manage day-to-day operations
- Acquire, onboard, and manage Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs)
- Drive business development for primary market and investment products
- Guide and train IFDs on digital platforms and product knowledge
- Expand the branch network and ensure high productivity
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Conduct business development events and activities
- Ensure compliance and branch performance excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, etc.)
- Experience in empaneling and managing IFAs/IFDs
- Robust understanding of wealth management and primary market products
- Good communication, leadership, and team-handling skills
- Graduate/ Postgraduate; NISM VA certification preferred
