Our Client Kairos Technologies is looking for Java/.Net - Developer / Sr. Developer / Tech. Lead

Job Designation: Java/.Net - Developer / Sr. Developer / Tech. Lead.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3-8+Years.

Note: (Will be Trained and Transitioned to Salesforce Platform based Cloud Developer)

Looking for a strong Java or .Net Developer with 3 to 8+ years of experience and willing to transition into the world’s #1 and most demanding cutting edge cloud computing platform - Salesforce Force.com platform The candidate should ideally come from Java or .Net background having good command over Core/Advanced Java, J2EE or C# / ASP.Net with JQuery, Java Script, HTML, XML, Web services and other web technologies and hands on experience in building and developing enterprise level Web Applications The selected candidate will be trained in Salesforce Development platform (free of cost) for few weeks as part of on the job training and then will be transitioned to take ownership of the technical aspects involved in developing and building cloud based custom applications using Salesforce platform.

(Note: Java/.Net experienced candidates can pick up Salesforce Apex/VisualForce programming quite easily in few weeks)

Responsibilities

*Accountable for systems analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, data quality and documentation of the assigned project(s)

*Work closely with Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Junior Developers, QA team and transform the requirements to produce detailed technical design documents to match the solution specifications

*Play key role in development activities as a developer/technical expert in Salesforce projects - VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, HTML/XML, JavaScript and other technologies to build customized solutions

*Responsible for build, deployment, change management and release management activities





*Participate and lead the project related meetings with customer representative and internal/external stakeholders

*Actively participate in requirements gathering, UAT support, Deployment & Release activities and also should provide Customer Training as and when required

*Shows initiative as a self-starter, organized, committed, excellent research & learning skills, able to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent time management skills.

*Follow the recommend best practices – coding standards and development procedures

*Document functional requirements, technical requirements and development processes

*Actively contribute, guide and mentor junior developers – knowledge sessions, best practices, innovative ideas and cost effective cutting edge solutions for business problems

Skills & Experience

- At least 3+ years of strong custom development experience in Core/Advanced Java or .Net/C#/ASP.Net
- Solid in OOPs concepts, HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript or JQuery
- Should be strong in data modeling skills – Relational database design, ERD, normalization, indexing, SQL queries, stored procedures in at least one of the database platforms such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL etc.
- Systems integration and implementation experience with external databases or third party systems like MS SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, Magento, SharePoint, Box.com, Amazon Cloud Drive, Google Drive integration etc. is desirable
- Well versed in SOA, API based integration, SOAP, REST Web Services
- Experience in LDAP integration, Single Sign-On,



Identity Federation and Authentication Services, OAuth, Active Directory, ADFS is an added advantage
- Experience in data migration using ETL Tools or other tools is highly desirable
- Strong experience in code reviews, writing unit test classes, code coverage, build & deployment through change sets
- Exposure to Eclipse, Ant /NAnt, Maven Mate IDE/MS Build and continuous integration tools (any one) like TFS, Jenkins, Team City, Cruise Control is required
- Experience in any of the Version Control tools like VSS, Github, Subversion, Perforce, SfOpticon etc. is required
- Strong in problem solving, analytical skills with ability to learn quickly, adapt with priorities and business needs and self-organized with project delivery consciousness
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Experience in Agile methodologies is appreciated

Other Desirable Skills (Not mandatory)

- Programming languages/frameworks such as JSON, AJAX, Data Management and BI Tools
- Strong skills in data management including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing and security
- Deep understanding and knowledge in cloud based systems architecture, SOA, enterprise application architecture
- Familiarity with SDLC Agile (Scrum) project methodologies apart from Waterfall model
- Good understanding of Change Management and Release management processes
- Ability to mentor and develop junior members of the team technically
