1. Java J2EE:
6 to 8 Years of Experience –
12+ Years of Experience – (Solution Architecting Experience is a must)
- Excellent core Java skills
- Solid experience in design and development of J2EE based applications including good know-how in JPA framework (e.g. Hibernate)
- Strong experience in Java Server Faces and JSP
- Should have sound knowledge of JMS/MQ messaging framework.
- Working knowledge in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
- Should have good knowledge of working with Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Should have good experience in configuring and working with Apache Tomcat, IBM WAS, preferably in Linux platform
- Experience in designing databases such as Oracle / MS SQL
- Should demonstrate analytical, technical and creative skills
- Should be able to evaluate architectures and designs in the area of responsibility
- Understands the business cases and is able to translate them into workable solution(s)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
