We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Java, API testing, Cucumber, and Selenium to join our quality assurance team. You will play a key role in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and ensuring the quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber.
- Build and execute API test cases using REST-assured or similar tools.
- Create and manage BDD test cases using Cucumber
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Analyze test results and debug issues to improve overall product quality.
- Maintain test data and test environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Java programming for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Good understanding and experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, REST-assured, or SoapUI.
- Proficient in BDD frameworks like Cucumber, with clear understanding of Gherkin syntax.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with TestNG or JUnit
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
