Key Result Area

IT Recruitment (PR), Staffing, C2H & Third Party Payroll Services (Experience- Atleast 5+ years in Recruitment)

- Thorough understanding of Technology- Technical roles, Technical skills like Backend, Frontend, Testing, Full stack, Project, Analyst, Delivery, IT Infra, Programming & Cloud Technologies.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand the needs and roles to be filled.
- Source, Screen and Shortlist candidates through various channels such as Job Portals, Social Media, Employee referrals, Competition & all Other Potential channels.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fitment for the role.
- Negotiate Salary Packages and other terms with Selected candidates.




- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment Process from Job Posting to Onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain TAT of the Recruitment Process & adhere to strict Client Delivery Timelines.
- Robust understanding of Human Resource Management Principles and Practices.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective negotiation with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
