Project Manager -

Overview: The Project Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and successful execution of various IT projects , including cutting-edge AI-related initiatives. This role demands a strategic orientation towards achieving business goals through effective technology deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects and programs, including those focused on artificial intelligence, to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- Review project proposals to determine timelines, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and procedural steps needed for successful completion.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, accurately forecasting expenses and resource needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with overall business objectives, prioritizing projects based on business impact, budget, and resources.
- Establish and maintain robust project management practices, adapting to new technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and best practices across the organization.
- Facilitate effective change management strategies to ensure high levels of user acceptance and minimal resistance to IT initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry partners to stay informed of emerging trends and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies,



and other regulatory requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent in Information Systems is preferred.
- Program manager training and certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable, with a special focus on managing AI-related projects.
- 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in a project management role, preferably managing IT and AI-related projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex and risky projects, with experience in leading diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and manufacturing processes.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, especially in artificial intelligence, and their application in driving digital business.
