IAM (Identity & Access Management)

- IAM Managers are in charge of overseeing operational activities and making sure everything runs smoothly in the company.
- The (IAM) manager work unit is responsible for how users within an organization are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization.
- Provide user account life cycle management, including creating, provisioning, securing, and inactivation of access.
- Participate in projects and production support operations focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies and integrations.
- Collaborate in the design, implementation, and support and up to date versions of the IAM technologies.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and support of RBAC.
- Ensure all evidence of authorization is documented and archived according to internal standards.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Identity Governance and RBAC.
- Logica Access Management process to be fully owned & manage efficiently.
- Perform Logical Access Management tasks (creation of new user IDs, assign access rights to users, resetting users passwords, activating user IDs, disabling user IDs, etc) in accordance with relevant Logical Access Management processes and procedures.
- Maintain business Roles and all associated data, rules including access bundling rules, and processes

DC Operations





- Responsible for complete Data Centre management and operations/upgrades for Bangalore DC & Mumbai DR
- To take overall responsibility for the security of Data Centre operations and ensure that appropriate standard IT controls are implemented and overall responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to the day-to-day support
- Responsible to keep DC Servers and its services uptime by 99.99%
- Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems
- Coordinate with IT team, enhancement and business teams and develop strategies to ensure achievement of data center capacity
- Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into infrastructure
- Vendor management and IBM team co-ordination
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for data center operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of data center operations with other business functions
- Maintain effective skilled relationships with IT relationship managers

BCP - DR Operations

- Assist in developing Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring these are consistent with the Business Continuity Plan
- Complete management of BCP program, business planning and its execution at DR site
- Coordinating with key stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to establish recovery time objective (RTOs) and recovery point objective (RPOs)
- Coordinate with IBM/Internal IT Team (Dev/Architect) team and get the DR site up to date with updated applications and software’s
