We are hiring an IT Litigation Associate for a Tier 1 law firm in Delhi. This role is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, with a focus on technology-driven disputes, data protection issues, and emerging cyber law matters. The position offers hands-on exposure to complex litigation, regulatory challenges, and evolving jurisprudence at the intersection of law and technology.

The ideal candidate will have solid drafting and research skills, a keen interest in technology law, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling litigation and disputes relating to IT law, cyber law, and data protection

- Draft pleadings, written submissions, legal notices, and opinions

- Conduct legal research on issues involving technology, digital platforms, privacy, and cybersecurity

- Support senior lawyers in court appearances, case strategy, and client advisory

- Track developments in IT law, data protection regulations, and emerging tech-related legal issues

- Work on matters involving intermediaries, online platforms, digital evidence, and regulatory compliance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on matters involving TMT, data privacy,



and regulatory frameworks

- Assist in preparing case briefs, updates, and internal knowledge resources

Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in litigation or dispute resolution, preferably with exposure to IT/Cyber Law matters

- Strong drafting and legal research capabilities

- Familiarity with laws relating to information technology, data protection, and digital platforms

- Exposure to court procedures and litigation strategy is essential

- Interest in emerging areas such as cybersecurity, privacy, and tech regulation

- Ability to manage multiple matters and work under tight timelines

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Effective communication and teamwork skills
