Roles & Responsibilities: -

Setup and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, IP, Telephone/EPABX/INTERCOM, Access Points, Wireless Network, wired, wireless & local Printer, CCTV, Windows & Mac OS, Office 365 and Google Workspace)

Install and manage servers, hardware, software and any other equipment. Diagnose & resolve hardware & software-related issues





Install and manage Antivirus & Firewall (Sophos). Make configuration changes to devices (Firewall / Load Balancer / Router / Switches / AP)

Have basic knowledge of Google cloud and MS-365

Assist with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting. Ensure timely renewal of contracts and agreements

Maintenance of all the desktops/laptops and UPS maintenance. Provide L1, L2 support on day-to-day basis

Requirements

Requirements:-

05 years of experience

Strong knowledge of software, hardware and IT Infrastructure

Vendor Management & Contract Negotiations

Establish and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers and internal team and be professional in the prioritization and execution of tasks
