Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time -Indivdual role , on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting the sales team by managing client inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating meetings with prospective and existing clients. The Assistant Sales Manager will help present interior design solutions, prepare proposals and quotations,



negotiating pricing and closing deals , and track the status of ongoing deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and collaborating closely with designers and project managers to align client expectations with project capabilities. The role also includes contributing to local marketing activities, attending showroom or site visits, and providing regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications
Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead management, client engagement, and negotiation abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design solutions and project details clearly.
Basic understanding of interior design concepts and home improvement services, or willingness to learn quickly.
