Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving enrollment and revenue growth for PM Networking’s training programs and courses. This role involves engaging prospective learners through calls, emails, and online meetings, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.



They will collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align offerings with learner expectations, support promotional campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends. The role also includes delivering clear information about course structures, pricing, and placement support while ensuring a positive, learner-focused experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and current learners.
