Green Estate is looking for a motivated agricultural project development executive to develop and manage relationships with farmers for our commercial agricultural plantation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with farmer leads.
Explain Green Estate's commercial drumstick plantation projects.
Schedule and coordinate farm assessments.
Visit farmers and villages across Gujarat.
Build strong relationships with farmers.
Coordinate with the field team.
Maintain lead and customer records.
Achieve monthly project targets.

Requirements
Gujarati fluency is mandatory.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge.
Willing to travel extensively across villages and different locations in Gujarat.
Agriculture background is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
