Role Description The Visual Designer (1–5 years) will work full time in office in the Greater Bengaluru Area, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams.



Responsibilities include creating visually compelling designs for web and mobile interfaces, marketing campaigns, and social media assets that are aligned with NoBrokerHood’s brand guidelines. The role involves translating product and business requirements into intuitive layouts, icons, illustrations, and graphics, and iterating on designs based on feedback and user insights. The Visual Designer will help maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints, prepare design assets for development, and contribute to design systems and style guides.
Qualifications

Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Graphic design and graphics creation skills for digital campaigns, product screens, and marketing collateral.
Branding experience, with the ability to interpret and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms.
