Marketingodus is looking for a proactive and experienced SEO Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of SEO strategies for the company and its clients.
The SEO Manager will be responsible for improving organic visibility, search rankings, qualified website traffic, leads, and overall search performance. The role requires robust knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Keyword Research, Content SEO, Link Building, Analytics, AEO, and GEO.
The SEO Manager will also be responsible for managing, training, guiding, and monitoring SEO Executives and Interns, ensuring that work is completed accurately, consistently, and according to Marketingodus standards.
Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies based on client objectives and business goals.
Create SEO roadmaps, monthly action plans, and campaign strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
Define SEO priorities based on business value, competition, search intent,



and available resources.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, search trends, AI search developments, and industry best practices.
2. Technical SEO
Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, ranking, and website performance.
Monitor and optimize:
Website architecture and URL structure
Crawlability and indexability
XML sitemaps
Robots.txt
Canonical tags
Redirects and broken links
Internal linking
Core Web Vitals and page speed
Mobile usability
Structured data/schema markup
Duplicate and thin content
Coordinate with developers to ensure technical SEO recommendations are implemented correctly.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on:
Search volume
Search intent
Keyword difficulty
Competition
Commercial intent
Local relevance
Business potential
Develop keyword maps for website pages, landing
