Role Description This full-time,



on-site Data Scientist role is based in India and focuses on developing data-driven solutions that support risk assessment, pricing, underwriting, and claims analytics across Munich Re’s insurance and reinsurance businesses.

Qualifications
Strong experience with Databricks, Spark, and scalable data processing architectures.
Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs)
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Understanding pipeline design, reusable system architecture, and compliance-focused data processing.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex results to diverse stakeholders are essential.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or risk management, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, international setting, will be beneficial.
