The platform helps fitness seekers find nearby partners, book coaches on a per-session basis without subscriptions, and join or host fitness events in their city. Users can track streaks, earn badges, and stay consistent with their fitness goals. Fitness professionals can get verified, set their own rates, grow their client base, and manage bookings to build sustainable training careers. FitAstra is available via mobile apps and web, making social fitness accessible across India.
Role Description The Founding Team Member – Coach and Community Success will focus on building, nurturing, and supporting FitAstra’s coach and community ecosystem in India. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves onboarding and guiding fitness professionals through verification, profile setup, and best practices for client engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting coaches with queries,



helping them optimize their pricing and offerings, and monitoring their performance and satisfaction with the platform. The role also involves collaborating on local community initiatives, coordinating fitness events, gathering feedback from users and coaches, and working closely with product and marketing to improve the overall coach and community experience. This team member will play a key role in shaping the culture, workflows, and growth strategy of FitAstra’s early-stage operations.
