Kyros Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-oriented Content & Creative Strategist to develop high-impact content and campaign ideas for D2C, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for someone who understands brand storytelling, social media trends, Reels, UGC, performance creatives, campaign thinking, and AI-powered content creation.
You will work closely with the Brand, Social Media, Creative/Design, and Performance Marketing teams to turn business objectives into strong creative ideas and content.

Key Responsibilities
Develop content strategies, campaign themes, and monthly content calendars
Create Reels concepts, hooks, scripts, UGC ideas, captions, and campaign concepts
Develop creative ideas for both brand building and performance marketing
Research customer behaviour, competitors, trends, viral formats, and category insights
Create shoot concepts, moodboards, storyboards, and creative references
Develop solid creative angles, messaging, and storytelling concepts
Collaborate with Designers,



Video Editors, Social Media Managers, Brand Managers, and Performance Marketers
Analyse content and creative performance to understand what is working and why
Generate new creative concepts based on performance data and audience insights
Use AI tools for research, ideation, prompting, image generation, and AI video creation
Stay updated with Instagram, Reels, UGC, creator trends, AI tools, and emerging content formats
Maintain a consistent brand voice and creative direction across campaigns

Skills & Experience Required
1–3 years of relevant experience in Content Strategy, Creative Strategy, Social Media, Advertising, or Digital Marketing
Previous experience in a Digital Marketing / Creative Agency is preferred
Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands
Experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, UGC, ho
