Role Description

The Talent Manager Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the identification, onboarding, and management of creators and influencers across multiple categories. Day-to-day tasks include researching and shortlisting potential talent,



maintaining talent databases, and coordinating outreach and communication with creators and their teams. The intern assists in organizing interviews, managing campaign-related briefs, and aligning creator profiles with brand requirements. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with marketing and community teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns and events. The Talent Manager Intern is expected to contribute ideas to improve talent engagement and support the growth of Biggbell’s creator communities.

Qualifications

Strong interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, and digital media, with the ability to understand trends in social platforms and internet culture.
Basic skills in research, data entry, and talent sourcing, with the ability to organize information in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
