Novel Group is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads .
What you'll do
Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta & marketplace ad platforms
Own ROAS/CAC across 4 brands and a growing SKU portfolio
Report performance daily and course-correct fast
What we need
3–5 years in performance/paid marketing (FMCG/D2C/e-commerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ad consoles
Comfortable owning numbers, not just running campaigns
