Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Bytescare is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support Bytescare’s brand protection narrative.



The Social Media Manager will manage daily social media activity, optimize posts for reach and engagement, respond to community interactions, and monitor relevant trends and conversations. The role includes collaborating with marketing and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness. This individual will also contribute to social media strategy development, experiment with new formats and channels, and ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across major platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
