Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to gain practical experience in recruitment, business outreach, digital marketing, lead generation, and qualified communication.
This is an unpaid internship opportunity designed for students and fresh graduates who want to develop practical workplace skills and gain exposure to real-world business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
Support recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
Assist with social media content and digital marketing activities.
Conduct cold calls and cold emails for business outreach.
Support lead generation and basic market research.
Maintain Excel records, databases, and daily activity reports.
Assist with basic SEO and website-related activities.
Support LinkedIn and other online promotional activities.
Communicate professionally with candidates, prospects, and team members.
Complete assigned tasks responsibly and maintain regular activity updates.
