Role Description The Business Development Manager is a part-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with schools, educational partners, and local communities, and promoting IIT JEE and NEET coaching programs. The role involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating local events or seminars,



and managing lead generation and conversion. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to refine offerings, support enrollment growth, and ensure a high-quality experience for prospective learners and their families.
Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within education or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage students, parents, and institutional partners.
Ability to conduct basic market research, analyze enrollment trends, and use data to guide outreach strategies.
Comfort with using productivity tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems to manage pipelines and report progress.
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time hybrid setting, and meet targets responsibly.
