Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating recent business opportunities, developing client relationships, and increasing company revenue in the interior design and fit-out segment. The role involves meeting architects, builders, and corporate clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects




Generate leads through architects, builders, consultants, corporate offices, and references
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
Present company profile, materials, and design solutions to prospective clients
Coordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and estimations
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends, competitors, and new projects in the region
Update CRM / sales reports and maintain client database

Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of interior materials, fit-out process, and project lifecycle
Ability to handle corporate and high-value clients
Good networking with architects and builders (preferred)
Presentation and convincing skills
