Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Head – Civil Construction to take complete ownership of residential construction projects from planning to completion.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, team management, contractor coordination, quality, timelines, materials and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and oversee end-to-end residential construction projects from foundation to handover.
* Lead and manage Site Engineers, Junior Engineers, Supervisors and contractors.
* Prepare project schedules, manpower plans and execution strategies.
* Monitor project progress, timelines, quality and resource utilisation.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and vendors.
* Review drawings and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
* Plan material requirements and monitor procurement,



consumption and wastage.
* Manage contractors and ensure timely and quality execution.
* Review measurements, BOQs and contractor bills.
* Identify delays, risks and bottlenecks and take corrective action.
* Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
* Take complete accountability for timely and efficient project delivery.

Requirements

* 15+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably residential real estate.
* Proven experience independently managing large residential construction projects.
* Strong experience leading Site Engineers, contractors and site teams.
* Excellent knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality and project management.
* Robust leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
* Kannada communication skills required.
