Triloma Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced, highly sales-driven Clinic Manager with a robust background in the skin, hair, dermatology, aesthetic, or cosmetic clinic industry.
This is a purely target-oriented sales and business growth role. The ideal candidate should have a proven personal track record of generating sales, converting leads and consultations into paid treatments, bringing customers back to the clinic, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
The candidate must have strong industry contacts and should preferably come from a well-established/top skin and hair clinic background with hands-on experience in consultation, sales conversion, customer relationship management, and clinic revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of clinic sales and revenue targets.
Personally handle potential customers, consultations, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
Convert leads, walk-ins, consultations, and enquiries into treatment packages and paid services.




Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
Follow up consistently with unconverted leads and existing customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
Coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing Team to improve lead quality, lead conversion, campaigns, offers, and customer acquisition.
Work closely with doctors and therapists to understand treatment recommendations and ensure smooth conversion of consultations into treatment plans.
Monitor the complete customer journey—from enquiry and consultation to treatment booking, payment, follow-up, and repeat visits.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take immediate corrective action when targets are not being achieved.
Motivate and coordinate the clinic team towards achieving individual and overall sales targets.
