Role Description The NSO (New Store Opening) Field Trainer is responsible for training and supporting café teams during new outlet launches and brand rollouts. In this full-time remote role, the trainer designs and delivers operational, service, and product training, ensuring all team members follow Ajay’s Café standards from day one.



Daily tasks include conducting virtual and on-site training sessions, preparing training materials, coordinating with operations and HR, and tracking trainee performance and readiness. The role involves close collaboration with store managers and area leaders to implement standard operating procedures, improve guest experience, and maintain consistent quality across locations. The NSO Field Trainer also gathers feedback from new outlets to refine training content and support ongoing skill development.
Qualifications

Operational training and onboarding skills, including experience developing and delivering structured training programs for frontline teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, coach diverse teams, and facilitate interactive sessions remotely and on-site.
Knowledge of café or QSR operations, including food safety basics, service standards, POS usage, and stan
