Business Development & Operations Intern | Paid Internship

Location: Mangalore (Work From Home)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Operations Intern to join our growing group of companies operating in Digital Marketing, Talent & Staffing, and Trading Solutions.

Eligibility Criteria
This position is open to candidates currently residing in Mangalore or nearby areas.
Applications from candidates outside Mangalore will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach.
Identify and connect with potential clients.
Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and present relevant company services.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead pipelines.
Build long-term client relationships.
Achieve assigned business development targets.
Client Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
Coordinate meetings between clients and the management team.




Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Support clients throughout the sales process.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Operations Support
Coordinate with teams across our sister companies.
Support project execution and internal communication.
Assist management with day-to-day operational activities.
Perform additional business support responsibilities as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Operations.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Confidence in client interactions over phone and virtual meetings.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
