Role Description The Plant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandsaur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.

The role includes planning and supervising production activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The Plant Operations Manager will coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams to manage inventory,



minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery of products.

This position also involves monitoring process performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies. The manager will lead and develop plant staff, foster a culture of accountability, and prepare regular reports on production, efficiency, and operational issues.
