We are looking for a commercially driven Market Intelligence & Strategic Engagement Lead to strengthen the content, influence and growth of GBB’s global summit platforms, beginning with the GBB Investment Summit (GIS) in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, while supporting our wider initiatives across India and Africa.

This role combines deep research, content development, relationship building and strategic outreach. The objective is easy: identify the conversations that matter, engage the right decision-makers and help create high-value platforms that drive industry participation and commercial opportunities.
You will be responsible for:

Market Intelligence & Content Development
• Research global and regional real estate, investment, hospitality and infrastructure markets
• Analyse investment trends, major projects, capital flows, government initiatives and industry developments




• Identify emerging themes and opportunities that should shape GBB summit agendas
• Develop research insights, session concepts, speaker recommendations and market intelligence briefs
• Continuously build knowledge of key markets including Saudi Arabia, GCC, India and Africa

Strategic Outreach & Relationship Building
• Identify and engage senior decision-makers including investors, sovereign funds, developers, government leaders, architects, hospitality groups and industry influencers
• Build targeted lists of high-value speakers, delegates, partners and stakeholders
• Conduct proactive outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls and relationship-building activities
• Secure participation from influential industry leaders and create meaningful conversations around GBB platforms
• Build long-term relationships with the global GBB community

Commercial Impact & Event Growth
• Work closely with sales and partnerships tea
