Role Description The Senior Export Merchandiser will manage end-to-end merchandising activities for international furniture clients, focusing on markets in the USA and Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, overseeing sample development, monitoring production timelines, and ensuring product specifications and quality standards are met. The role involves handling export documentation, maintaining communication with overseas buyers,
managing pricing and order confirmations, and tracking shipments to meet delivery schedules. The Senior Export Merchandiser will also analyze market trends, support business development initiatives, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize the customer experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for coordinating with international clients, designers, and internal teams.
Customer Service and Retail experience to understand buyer requirements and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing skills to support export business growth, negotiate orders, and contribute to merchandising strategies.
Experience in export merchandising, preferably in furniture or home décor, including handling documentation and logistics.
