Role Description This full-time, on-site Title Searcher role is based in Bengaluru. The Title Searcher is responsible for conducting thorough title searches, reviewing property records, and analyzing chain of title to identify potential issues or encumbrances. Day-to-day activities include examining deeds, liens, tax records, and related documents, preparing clear title search reports,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also involves supporting curative efforts, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The Title Searcher is expected to manage multiple assignments efficiently and contribute to a smooth, compliant transaction process.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of title searches and chain of title, with the ability to review property histories accurately.
Experience working with liens and deeds, including identification and documentation of encumbrances.
Understanding of escrow processes and related settlement procedures.
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret legal and property documents.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
