Role Description The Research Executive-Trainee will support clinical and in-vitro research projects related to cosmetics, personal care, and ingredient safety testing. This full-time, on-site role is based in Meerut and involves assisting in study design, data collection, documentation, and basic analysis under the guidance of senior researchers. Daily tasks include helping prepare research protocols and questionnaires, coordinating with internal teams for test scheduling, and ensuring accurate recording of observations and results. The trainee will contribute to preparing presentations and reports for internal review and client communication, while adhering to laboratory standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes learning and following established safety procedures, maintaining research records, and participating in continuous training to develop domain knowledge.
