Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Manager role based in Vasai. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage inbound and outbound inquiries, and drive lead generation activities for industrial fittings, valves, and related products. Responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating with production and logistics teams,



and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The role involves monitoring sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, supporting key account management, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales strategies, forecast demand, and meet revenue and margin targets.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management, including handling customer queries, complaints, and repeat business.
Experience with Lead Generation activities, such as prospecting, follow-ups, and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
Familiarity with industrial products such as fittings, valves, flanges, pipes, and tubes is highly beneficial.
