Role Description This is a part-time on-site role based in Mumbai for IB and IGCSE faculties providing one-on-one home tuition coaching. The faculty will plan and deliver subject-specific lessons aligned with IB and IGCSE curricula, including syllabus coverage, concept clarification, and exam preparation.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing lesson plans, assigning and reviewing homework, conducting regular assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners and guardians. The role involves adapting teaching methods to individual learning styles, maintaining progress records, and preparing students thoroughly for school examinations and board assessments. The faculty will also uphold academic integrity, maintain professional communication, and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment at the student’s residence.
Qualifications
Solid subject matter expertise in relevant IB and IGCSE subjects, with the ability to teach core concepts, problem-solving methods, and exam techniques clearly and confidently.
Demonstrated experience in teaching or tutoring IB and/or IGCSE students, preferably in a home tuition or small-group coaching environment.
