Role Description This full-time, in office Staff Accountant (US operation) role is based in Ahmedabad. The Staff Accountant will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for US clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.



The role includes posting and reconciling journal entries, assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and supporting financial reporting and documentation. The individual will perform variance analysis, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to resolve accounting queries. Additional responsibilities may include supporting audits, maintaining organized financial records, and contributing to process improvements within the accounting function.
Qualifications
Ability to prepare and review Financial Statements and support Finance-related processes.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting), including posting, reconciliation, and adjustments.
