Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for leading and driving residential property sales. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closing. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate terms, prepare sales proposals, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.



This role involves mentoring and guiding sales team members, tracking performance against targets, and collaborating with marketing and operations to support sales campaigns. The Sales Manager is expected to stay informed about local real estate trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
Strong experience in real estate or property sales, preferably in the Bengaluru market, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a customer-focused and ethical approach.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, including coaching, performance monitoring, and setting clear, achievable goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
