Role Description The Site Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at designated project sites. This role includes managing site performance, coordinating with developers, contractors, and internal teams, and ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Site Head will monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, support sales and marketing activities related to the site, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The role also involves reporting key updates to leadership, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful project completion.
Qualifications
Solid project and site management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of real estate development activities.
Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with developers, contractors, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.
