The Academic IT Counselor will play a key role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals and educational needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable training programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their professional aspirations.

- Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational background, career objectives, and prior experience.
- Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on selecting the most appropriate training programs based on their goals and skill level.
- Explain our IT training programs' curriculum, course objectives, and learning outcomes to prospective students clearly and concisely.
- Address any questions or concerns students raise regarding the training programs, admission process, or other related matters.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls,



emails, or in-person meetings to provide additional information and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the IT job market to advise students on their career paths effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment data using our CRM system

Requirements

- Any Graduate in any relevant Field
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
