Job Overview:

You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified investors to the Company's platform. Through strategic relationship building and proactive communication, you'll cultivate a thriving investor network, facilitating successful investment matches and propelling startup growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing Investors:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential investors who align with BizDateUp's criteria and the funding needs of our curated startups.

Investor Onboarding:

Manage the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing platform utilization.

Relationship Management:

Foster strong and lasting relationships with existing investors, understanding their investment preferences and risk tolerance.

Investor Nurturing:

Proactively engage with investors, keeping them informed of platform activity, investment opportunities, and relevant market trends.

Deal Flow Management:

Collaborate with the investor identification team to curate high-quality deal flow by analyzing startup pitches and identifying investment-ready companies.

Matchmaking Magic:

Leverage your understanding of both investor needs and startup profiles to facilitate successful connections between investors and promising startups.

Investment Facilitation:





Navigate the initial stages of investment discussions, providing relevant information and coordinating meetings between investors and startups.

Success Tracking:

Monitor key investor relations metrics and analyze the effectiveness of your strategies, identifying areas for improvement.

Industry Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends in startup funding, investor preferences, and regulatory changes relevant to Company's ecosystem.

Platform Advocacy:

Represent Company at industry events and conferences, promoting the platform to potential investors and building brand awareness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or a similar role(Prefered)
- Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with investors and securing investment for startups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, present information effectively, and negotiate win-win solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Understanding of financial modeling and investment terminology is a plus
- Passionate about the startup ecosystem and fostering connections that drive innovation.
