Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects from concept development through completion for on-site projects in Chennai. This full-time role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design concepts and presentations, and developing detailed drawings and specifications. The Senior Interior Designer will coordinate space planning, finishes, materials, and FF&E;, while guiding junior designers and collaborating with project managers, site engineers,



and contractors. Responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, conducting site visits to monitor design implementation, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and maintaining design quality and compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications
Robust Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience leading full-cycle interior projects.
Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional, efficient layouts tailored to client needs.
Ability to develop and review Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
Expertise in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination.
Professional experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools).
Solid project management capabilities, including coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.
