Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Intern will support the identification of current partnership opportunities, assist in outreach to organizations and donors, and help maintain relationships with existing stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks may include researching prospective partners, preparing presentations and proposals, supporting grant and fundraising activities,



and contributing to communication materials that highlight the foundation’s initiatives. The intern will also assist in tracking outreach efforts, updating contact databases, and coordinating meetings or events that align with the foundation’s mission.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with partners and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of business development, fundraising, or non-profit operations, and interest in social impact sectors.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documents) and comfort working with online collaboration platforms.
Research and analytical abilities to identify potential partners, interpret information, and present clear findings.
