Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong MERN foundation and a working understanding of AI/LLM integrations. You will design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our SaaS products, participate in architecture discussions, and help integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing and upcoming workflows.
This is a hands-on engineering role — not a management position. If you enjoy building production-grade systems, writing clean APIs, and experimenting with AI tooling, you'll thrive here.





Key Responsibilities
Frontend
Build responsive, accessible React.js UIs using functional components and hooks
Manage application state with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Context
Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs; handle loading states, errors, and edge cases gracefully
Write reusable component libraries; maintain consistent design systems
Backend
Design and develop Node.js / Express.js REST APIs following RESTful conventions
Model and query data in MongoDB (aggregations, indexing, schema design)
Implement authentication and authorization: JWT, OAuth 2.0, role-based access control
Build multi-tenant data isolation patterns where required
Write background jobs, cron tasks, and event-driven logic
AI Integration (Basics Required)
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) into product workflows
Build prompt templates, handle streaming responses, and manage token budgets
Implement basic
