Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) at Hobfit is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. The EiR will identify and validate new business opportunities, design and test product and service ideas,



and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation across the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, building business cases, defining go-to-market strategies, and working with product, technology, and operations to bring new initiatives from concept to launch. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, iterating on pilots based on data and feedback, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership. The EiR will serve as an internal founder, championing experiments, setting hypotheses, and ensuring rapid execution in alignment with Hobfit’s mission.
Qualifications
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience launching or scaling a startup, new business unit, or product line.
Solid business strategy and analytical skills, including market research, financial modeling, and KPI-driven decision-making.
