Role Description: The Business Development Manager role at Orumind is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad Urban. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders, and promoting Orumind’s services to potential clients. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute growth strategies, conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Fresher & Experienced in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within startups, consulting, or education-focused organizations.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage entrepreneurs and partners effectively.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop effective growth and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
Proven ability to work independently on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet business targets.
