Role Description The Healthcare Specialist role at Younity.in is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Healthcare Specialist will deliver high-quality medical and healthcare-related training sessions to learners, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with current clinical practices. Daily responsibilities include facilitating interactive classes, demonstrating EMT and basic medical procedures where appropriate, and providing clear guidance on healthcare protocols and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design and update training materials, assessing learner performance, and offering feedback and mentorship to support their professional development. The Healthcare Specialist will also contribute to curriculum enhancement, participate in community events, and help integrate healthcare insights into Younity.in’s broader up-skilling ecosystem.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong healthcare and medicine-related skills,



including a solid understanding of clinical concepts and basic patient care.
Candidates should possess EMT-related skills, such as emergency response knowledge, first aid procedures, and familiarity with pre-hospital care practices.
Candidates should possess effective communication and training skills, including the ability to explain complex medical topics clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
Relevant professional certifications or degrees in healthcare, nursing, EMT, or medicine are highly beneficial.
Prior experience in teaching, training, or healthcare education, especially with student or early-career audiences, is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage classroom dynamics, and collaborate with cross-functional educational teams.
