Role Description The Growth Marketer will drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-informed strategies and experiments. This full time,



on-site role is based in Faridabad and involves designing and executing growth campaigns across digital channels, optimizing funnels, and partnering with product and content teams to improve conversion and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and analyzing marketing experiments, tracking performance metrics, refining audience segmentation, and identifying high-impact growth levers. The role also includes managing lead generation initiatives, collaborating on landing page and in-app optimization, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership. The Growth Marketer will be expected to stay current on growth best practices and apply them to scale Hobfit’s impact in women’s health.
